proofs

Your proofs will be ready 2 weeks after your

session. Holidays and extreme busy periods

may extend proofs to 3 weeks. At that time,

you will be able to view a slideshow of all the

portraits online and your portrait gallery. You

are free to share your gallery with friends

and family while it is online. Your proofs will

largely include color portraits but any portrait

is available for conversion to black and white

or adding some artistic elements.

Usually people have such a hard time choosing their favorites. Because of this, proofs are available for purchase.

When you commission an artist for custom portraiture, there are many factors to consider.

• Where do you envision displaying your portraits in your home?

• Do you prefer one or two very large portraits or a grouping of many?

• What sizes are the walls that you have in mind?

Each of these questions will help you plan for your portrait investment.

ordering

All decision makers should be present as your order will be placed. 50% payment is due when your order is placed, and the perfection and processing of your images for print will begin immediately.

All prints 11x14 and up are sprayed and mounted for a lifetime of protection. Smaller sizes can also be sprayed and mounted for an additional $5 per print. Canvas portraits are transferred to fine artist canvas using a high pressure pneumatic press, then hand-stretched on wooden stretcher bars or mounted on masonite. This gives the look and feel of a truly exquisite piece of art.

Depending on your selections, your custom framed wall artwork, albums, designs and small custom prints will be ready for you 3-10 weeks after your order is placed (with the exception of wedding albums).

image retouching

Retouching is optional but recommended for all final prints/images. All blemishes, wrinkles and imperfections will be softened or removed. Retouching costs depend on the amount of work it will require to perfect the image, and this can estimated at the time of order.
