before the ceremony

Your photographer will arrive at least an hour

prior to the wedding ceremony. Please have your

bridal party ready for pre-ceremony

photographs at this time. The groom and

groomsmen will be the first photographed so

they can attend to the other duties of the

wedding.

Going to the beauty shop is great fun for

capturing candid moments for your storybook

album. Choose our all-inclusive and diamond

package and we’ll come to your salon at no extra cost.

after the ceremony

Formals will take approximately 45-60 minutes after the ceremony. Inform the bridal party and guests who will be included in these photographs. After the ceremony or right after dinner is the ideal time to capture generational family portraits. We can photograph the bridal party at a second location within a reasonable distance prior to the reception at no cost.

our requirements

1. •We require 15% of your chosen package down to hold your date; no dates will be                             held without a deposit.
   

2. •First payment is due six months prior to your wedding date.
   

3. •Half of the balance of your package is due three months prior to your wedding date.
   

4. •Your balance should be paid in full one month prior to your wedding date.
   

5. •All payments are non-refundable in the event of your cancelation.
   

6. •Wedding orders not completed within one year’s time, results in completion of package and our obligation to you is complete.
   

7. •There is a $25 service charge on all returned checks.
